Finance Specialist - General Accounting

JLL is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage general accounting functions, including month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations. This role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policies, and liaising with finance teams and auditors.

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and review accruals, amortization, and standard accounting entries
• Perform balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis
• Handle consolidation, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations
• Ensure financial statement accuracy and compliance with GAAP and SOX
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage fixed assets accounting
