Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst

Leidos is seeking a Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst to support the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE) within the National Security Sector. This role involves developing, executing, and monitoring budgets, forecasting, and managing Congressional appropriations for the National Intelligence Program (NIP). You will collaborate with government stakeholders and analyze complex financial data to ensure strategic alignment and financial health.

• Provide expert guidance and reports on budget and financial activities
• Support budget program execution and alignment with resources
• Generate budget reports for customer offices and NIP programs
• Assist in developing and reviewing budget exercise submissions
• Draft narratives and input for the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB)
• Assess the IC budget across cross-functional areas
