Senior Accountant

EXSIF, a Marmon Holdings company backed by Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Senior Accountant to support its global, multi-entity accounting operations. In this role, you will own key aspects of the financial close process, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and analyze financial results for international operations. You will also partner with various teams to enhance internal controls and streamline accounting processes.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Account for foreign branch offices and foreign currency
• Prepare balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and prepare management reports
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and controls
• Support internal and external audits
