Associate Accountant

KBR is seeking an Associate Accountant to manage time entry and billing reconciliation. This role involves accurately entering labor hours into customer portals, verifying records, and reconciling billing data between systems like Deltek Costpoint and customer platforms. You will identify and resolve discrepancies, support month-end closing, and ensure timely and accurate customer billing.

• Enter employee labor hours into customer-specific timekeeping portals
• Verify employee time records against internal timesheets
• Monitor time entry deadlines and ensure compliance
• Reconcile billed labor and related charges between customer portals and Deltek Costpoint
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and invoice-cycle reconciliation activities
