Director, Deployment

Lead financial planning and analysis for a large-scale nuclear construction portfolio, tracking capital deployment and monitoring EPC contractor performance. This role involves partnering with project teams and finance leadership to ensure disciplined spending and reporting rigor as the portfolio expands.

• Own monthly actual-vs-budget process for active construction projects
• Monitor EPC contractor draw schedules and billing against contract terms
• Identify and explain cost or schedule variances to leadership
• Maintain capital deployment tracking dashboard
• Partner with Project Directors, JV finance, Procurement, and Accounting
• Manage multi-project portfolios under tight reporting deadlines
