Human Resources Project Specialist

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Human Resources Project Specialist to join their HR Portfolio and Project Management team. This role will lead smaller-scale HR projects from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive critical initiatives forward. The position offers exposure to various HR functions and supports business objectives and employee success.

• Lead HR projects from planning through implementation and closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide status updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Support project management tools, methodologies, and processes
• 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination/management
