Accountant, Development

Greystar is seeking a Development Accountant to manage all accounting duties for a project portfolio within our East Coast Regional accounting team. This role involves applying GAAP, managing development and construction budgets, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and project success.

• Manage financial accounting and reporting for development projects
• Oversee development and construction budgets and forecasting
• Develop understanding of project agreements and investment materials
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage cash accounts and perform bank reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 1-2+ years of experience
