About this role
Franklin Templeton is seeking a Principal Accountant to oversee US regulatory reporting, financial audits, and business support for the Americas region. This role involves preparing and reviewing various regulatory filings, managing stand-alone audits, coordinating capital transactions, and providing internal reporting and analysis.
What we are looking for
6- Oversee US regulatory reporting filings (FINRA, Banking Call Reports, TIC-B, etc.)
- Manage stand-alone audited financials and auditor relations
- Coordinate capital transactions with finance teams
- Provide business support and internal reporting/analysis
- Requires CPA, 5 years of industry experience, and strong US GAAP knowledge
- Hybrid work schedule in San Mateo, Pasadena, or Baltimore
