Accounting Specialist, International Aero Engines AG (Hybrid)

RTX is seeking an Accounting Specialist for its International Aero Engines AG organization in East Hartford, CT. This hybrid role involves financial reporting, accounting, and analytical support, including monthly closing, inventory management, and financial data analysis. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.

• Provide financial reporting, accounting, and analytical support for IAE AG
• Manage monthly closing, inventory, and fixed assets
• Analyze financial data and support Pratt & Whitney's sub-collaborators
• Coordinate year-end and quarterly reporting with variance analysis
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency with MS Excel and SAP/HFM systems
