Accountant

Waymo is seeking an Accountant to join their Finance and Accounting group. This hybrid role involves executing month-end and quarter-end close processes, preparing financial statements, and performing financial analytics. You will also identify control gaps, implement improvements, and conduct technical accounting research.

• Execute month-end and quarter-end close
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and disclosures
• Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis and financial analytics
• Identify control gaps and implement operational improvements
• Conduct technical accounting research and draft documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners
