Business Experience & Planning Specialist - IT Financial Analyst

This role supports the Enterprise Fraud Organization by managing operational planning, financial transparency, and initiative execution. You will partner with leaders across various departments to ensure initiatives, contracts, and workforce plans are effectively funded, tracked, and governed. The position requires a blend of financial acumen, operational rigor, and strong communication skills to aid in informed decision-making.

• Support planning and execution of initiatives, contracts, and workforce strategy
• Manage operational budget, including tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation
• Ensure projects are properly funded and aligned with financial plans
• Track workforce headcount and report variances
• Create executive-level presentations and financial materials
• Collaborate across Technology, Finance, and Human Resources
