Finance Analyst Lead

As a Lead Finance Analyst at Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, you will provide financial leadership and process ownership for key accounting and business processes. This hands-on role involves managing a portfolio including warranty, Digital Technology finance, backlog reporting, and lease accounting, while leading and developing another Finance Analyst. You will partner across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement.

• Own and execute accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Lead and develop one Finance Analyst, including work allocation and coaching
• Lead warranty finance and accounting, including reserve analysis and reporting
• Serve as the primary Finance partner for Digital Technology
• Own backlog actual reporting and process integrity
• Own assigned lease accounting and financial processes
