Associate Accountant- Operations

MPC is seeking an Operations Accountant to accurately record and manage accounting transactions for gathering and plant assets. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and contracts, preparing monthly financial estimates and actualizations, and performing variance analysis for management reporting.

• Record accounting transactions in systems and general ledger
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions
• Prepare monthly estimates & actualization
• Analyze account balances and prepare reconciliations
• Provide monthly variance analysis
• Resolve internal and external customer inquiries
