Staff Accountant

Ace is seeking a Staff Accountant to prepare accurate financial statements and ensure accounting compliance. This role involves monthly account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, financial statement assistance, and expense/revenue analysis. You will also identify process improvements and provide guidance to accounting specialists and other departments.

• Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close duties
• Analyze expenses and revenue variances to budget
