Wealth Advisor (San Francisco/Menlo Park/Walnut Creek)

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Wealth Advisor to manage and grow relationships with affluent clients. You will leverage a dedicated team of experts in financial planning, investments, tax, and estate planning to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions. This role focuses on client retention and organic growth through referrals, acting as a fiduciary at all times.

• Partner with affluent clients to identify financial goals and develop recommendations
• Communicate complex financial solutions using strong interpersonal skills
• Ensure client retention through meaningful relationship building
• Leverage comprehensive offerings including tax, estate planning, and insurance
• Act as a fiduciary, prioritizing client interests
• 7-10 years of relevant experience required, CFP designation preferred
