About this role
Join PGIM Real Estate's 3-year Investment Analyst Program to gain hands-on experience in real estate debt transactions. You will analyze potential loans, conduct due diligence, perform financial modeling, and support deal management within the Agency Lending business.
What we are looking for
6- Analyze real estate debt transactions for clients
- Conduct due diligence and market research
- Perform financial modeling and analysis in Excel
- Support underwriting and deal management teams
- Work with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA capital sources
- Bachelor's program graduate (Dec 2026-May 2027)
