Cost & Financial Planning Analyst

Sensata is seeking a Cost and Financial Planning Analyst to manage forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and expense analysis. This role involves tracking operational metrics, performing variance analysis, and creating financial models to support decision-making. The analyst will also identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive process enhancements to optimize financial performance and reduce costs.

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze variance between actual, prior, and standard costs
• Create cost and financial models for decision support
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Drive process improvements and create standard/ad-hoc reports
• Examine data to reduce costs in all operations
