Senior Accountant

ICW Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to create and analyze financial information, ensuring accurate and useful data for management decision-making. This role involves performing and coordinating accounting duties, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close processes. You will also contribute to process improvements, assist with audits, and prepare key financial statements.

• Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve issues independently
• Review and verify journal entries for accuracy
• Assemble, create, and reconcile month-end accounting entries
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare key components of financial statements and reports
• Analyze complex financial transactions and identify trends/risks
