National Credit Coordinator (100% Remote)

US Foods is seeking a National Credit Coordinator to provide remote credit and collections support for national customers. This role involves customer setup, approving credit terms, monitoring compliance, and collecting on delinquent accounts, while also negotiating payment arrangements and collaborating with sales teams on financial issues.

• Make credit decisions and establish payment terms within assigned authorities
• Collect on national/large complex delinquent accounts and maintain portfolio
• Monitor and control customer account applications/setups for ownership linkage
• Analyze and suggest/approve credit terms for new customer accounts
• Establish root cause delinquency and maintain communication with sellers and customers
• Manage customer accounts receivable for terms compliance and resolve aged items
