About this role

Medtronic is seeking a Financial Consultant to lead gross margin analytics and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for their Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit. This role involves evaluating margin drivers, assessing forecast risks, and providing recommendations to improve profitability and guide investment priorities. The ideal candidate will translate financial insights into business strategy within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What we are looking for

Lead gross margin analytics and IBP finance processes for the ENT OU
Evaluate margin drivers including cost, mix, pricing, and manufacturing performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive margin improvement initiatives
Influence Product Lifecycle Management strategy with financial insights
Develop executive-ready analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions
Shape revenue, volume, and cost dynamics into clear forecast insights
