Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager

Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. This role involves researching and implementing technical accounting standards, supporting audits, and overseeing lease accounting, goodwill impairment testing, and equity compensation.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
• Manage technical accounting research, policy, and deployment

• Support internal and external audit processes
