Senior Accountant

UofL Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to perform essential accounting functions for its facilities, including general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, and financial analysis. You will serve as a key point of contact for market finance and operations teams, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting. • Perform accounting functions for assigned facilities, including GL, current assets, liabilities, and cash
• Manage month-end close activities and prepare journal entries
• Analyze financial data and prepare special reports
• Serve as a point of contact for market finance and operations teams
• Assist with year-end audits and work with external auditors
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of accounting experience required
