Astemo is seeking a Staff Specialist, Accounting to manage standard costs, payroll costs, and support audits and financial reporting. This role involves collaborating with department managers on budgets, variances, and ad hoc cost analysis, contributing to key financial processes within a manufacturing environment.
What we are looking for 6
- Manage standard costs, BOM maintenance, and overhead rate calculations
- Record payroll costs and support internal/external audits
- Assist with physical inventory and monthly closing processes
- Coordinate annual budget creation and monitor variances
- Prepare ad hoc cost analysis reports for management
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations for COGS accounts
