Budget & Finance Analyst Senior

The City of Charlotte is seeking a Senior Budget & Finance Analyst to join the Risk Management division. This role supports financial operations for multiple public entities, including budget maintenance, claim payment processing, and procurement functions. The analyst will perform complex financial and budgetary tasks, manage accounts payable, and assist with banking and vendor management.

• Perform financial and budgetary analysis for operating, loss, and premium funds
• Assist with budget development and maintenance
• Manage and resolve accounts payable discrepancies
• Process invoices, create purchase orders, and manage vendor records
• Serve as P-card Accountant and travel co-coordinator
• Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting/business and 5+ years of experience
