Accounting Analyst (Remote in AZ)

First American is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their Finance Service Center. This remote role, based in Scottsdale, AZ, involves resolving customer service inquiries related to Accounts Payable and Receivable, reviewing expense reports, and assisting with system navigation. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer interaction and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Resolve customer service calls, queries, and problems
• Create and analyze reports for management recommendations
• Support offshore staff with questions and training
• Assist with business process change training
• Participate in process improvement and cost reduction teams
