About this role

Lead key accounting transaction processes and drive operational excellence within Thermo Fisher Scientific's finance organization. You will oversee Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Credit Control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and SOX. What we are looking for

Lead day-to-day delivery of transactional accounting processes (P2P, O2C, Credit Control)
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of accounting transactions
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to accounting teams
Oversee key P2P, O2C, and Credit Control activities
Establish and monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational metrics
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using PPI methodology
