Director, Revenue & CoGS Accounting

Twilio is seeking a Director of Revenue & CoGS Accounting to lead global accounting operations. This role involves shaping revenue recognition frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring financial reporting scales with product innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting and operational experience, with a focus on building automated systems and leading a high-performing team.

• Lead global Revenue, AR, and CoGS accounting functions
• Integrate technical accounting policies into global workflows
• Define and drive scalable operational vision for ERP and revenue automation
• Provide sophisticated variance analysis and financial performance narratives
• Collaborate with Billing, GTM, Product & Pricing, and FP&A leaders
• Oversee complex accounting concerns and non-standard customer contracts
