Lead Financial Analyst

Alliant Energy is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team in a hybrid role. This position will shape long-term strategy through forecasting, business planning, and providing strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-driven, and adept at using modern tools and AI to drive efficiencies and influence senior leadership.

• Drive complex financial and economic analyses for business and enterprise decision-making
• Design, enhance, and interpret advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor, identifying risks and opportunities
• Shape financial recommendations and support implementation of strategic priorities
• Lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders with financial insights
• Identify and drive innovative improvements to financial processes and analytical approaches
