Accounting Manager

Clark is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting functions for revenue, accounts receivable, and compliance. This role involves developing and enforcing financial policies, performing technical accounting research, and managing a small team. The position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and system implementation, with a focus on streamlining processes and supporting new business lines.

• Lead year-end audit schedules and footnote disclosures for revenue recognition
• Manage accounting for Revenue, Accounts Receivable, and Compliance
• Develop and enforce financial policies and internal controls
• Perform technical accounting research and serve as subject matter expert
• Manage 1-2 accountants and prepare/review journal entries
• Lead system implementation and process improvement initiatives
