Research Finance Analyst

Baptist Health is seeking a Research Finance Analyst in Lexington, KY to manage the financial lifecycle of clinical trials. This role involves overseeing financial operations within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), including budget development, reconciliation, transaction tracking, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable management.

• Manage financial lifecycle of clinical trials from startup to closeout
• Oversee financial functions within CTMS
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile study budgets
• Process payments, generate invoices, and manage accounts receivable
• Manage accounts payable, including participant reimbursements and vendor payments
• Ensure study closeout compliance and prepare financial reports
