Sr. Analyst- Accounting and Controlling

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Accounting and Controlling to manage accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting for India-based entities. This role involves partnering with global finance teams to ensure accurate US GAAP and local GAAP reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting finance transformation initiatives.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for India entities
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany
• Drive continuous improvement in control design, documentation, and testing
• Lead quality review of account reconciliations and drive process improvements
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives including automation and digitalization
• Partner with regional, global, and cross-functional stakeholders
