Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. This role partners with finance and operational teams to provide insights for decision-making, improve financial performance, and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support.

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast
• Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operational performance
• Partner with finance and operational teams to provide financial insights
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
