Senior Finance Analyst

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide critical financial support to regional leadership, collaborating with finance, operations, and physician teams to drive financial and operational improvements. This role involves managing complex projects, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will partner across the organization to influence stakeholders and achieve strategic financial goals.

• Collaborate with finance, physicians, and operations to drive financial and operational results
• Support initiatives in financial performance, service line growth, utilization, reimbursement, and cost management
• Manage medium to large-scale finance projects of moderate to high complexity
• Analyze financial data and complete deliverables accurately and on time
• Partner across a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
• 5-7 years of finance experience with healthcare industry knowledge
