Senior Financial Analyst

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the FP&A Resource Planning Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining FP&A reporting and analytics to drive decision-making and identify organizational risks and opportunities. You will ensure data quality, implement personnel cost KPIs, and partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver critical insights.

• Develop and maintain FP&A reporting and analytics for cost of organization
• Ensure data quality and implement data governance policies
• Implement and maintain personnel cost KPIs and benchmarking analysis
• Develop advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards
• Partner with global and local HR teams and business stakeholders
• 2+ years of Finance experience in FP&A
