Analyze borrower financials, property cash flows, collateral valuation, sponsor strength, and market conditions
Prepare clear, comprehensive written credit analyses and supporting documentation
Collaborate with Relationship Managers on credit requests
Support existing property transactions and ground-up construction projects
Perform financial statement spreading, quarterly trend analyses, and covenant testing
Identify and communicate emerging risks and mitigants
