About this role
ERCOT is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of their ERP product suite, including Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand. This role serves as the primary technical authority and architectural lead, driving complex initiatives, ensuring platform stability, and mentoring junior analysts. You will partner with business stakeholders to enhance efficiency and resolve system issues.
What we are looking for
6- Serve as primary technical authority and architectural lead for the ERP product suite
- Drive complex cross-module and cross-platform initiatives end-to-end
- Own design integrity and operational stability of the ERP platform
- Mentor P1 and P2 analysts on the team
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues
- Lead Workday release processes, issue resolution, and defect triage
