Senior Staff Accountant

Genpt is seeking a meticulous Senior Staff Accountant for its Indianapolis campus. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial information, managing account reconciliations, supporting close and reporting activities, and identifying accounting process improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and decision-making.

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead analysis and management of financial reserves
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Analyze financial data and trends
• Provide financial insights and analytical support to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
