Senior Financial Analyst

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our Shared Services teams. You will manage the month-end close process, deliver insightful financial analysis, and provide budgeting and forecasting support. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interpret financial data to inform business objectives.

• Serve as a trusted finance partner for shared services teams
• Manage monthly close process and ensure financial accuracy
• Conduct variance analysis and provide risk-mitigation recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgets and annual plans
• Create financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis
• 5+ years of finance or business analysis experience
