Financial Analyst III

Perform professional financial analyst duties, including special studies and surveys to analyze complex financial actions and recommend policy changes. Interpret and apply financial policies, governmental legislation, and accounting theory. Evaluate financial reports, plans, and statements, and direct the development of new financial analysis techniques.
