Sr Accountant

The University of Rochester is seeking a Senior Accountant to perform complex accounting duties for the Center for Translational Neuromedicine. This role involves financial analysis, reporting, compliance, and providing work leadership to junior staff within a research-intensive department.

• Perform complex accounting duties for a non-centralized department
• Provide specialized analysis in various accounting functions
• Prepare specialized reports and analyses
• Develop and install accounting systems, methods, and controls
• Oversee financial performance and compliance for the Center
• Reconcile and analyze monthly ledgers and expenses
