Senior Financial Reporting & Internal Controls Accountant

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting & Internal Controls Accountant to ensure the accuracy and timely filing of financial statements and disclosures, aligning with public-company standards. This role involves preparing financial statements, drafting technical accounting memorandums, and maintaining reporting frameworks under US GAAP and regulatory benchmarks. You will work closely with various finance leaders and have broad exposure to global accounting operations, technical accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.

• Lead external financial reporting activities including SEC filings
• Optimize financial reporting platform for efficiency and data integrity
• Support accounting policy development and U.S. GAAP/SEC compliance
• Perform technical accounting research for complex transactions
• Coordinate audits with external auditors
• Maintain and enhance SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
