Greystar is seeking a Development Accountant to manage all accounting duties for their project portfolio. This role involves financial accounting, cost accounting, budget management, and cash management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Charleston, SC.

• Compile and analyze financial information into financial statements
• Maintain development and construction budgets
• Develop understanding of project agreements and investment materials
• Manage cash accounts and perform bank reconciliations
• Act as liaison to internal and external auditors
