Manager, Tax, Statements and Reporting

Lead a team responsible for delivering unitholder tax, statement, and report support services for RBC Investor Services. This role involves managing year-end tax projects, maintaining procedural documents, and collaborating with internal teams to address tax issues and enhance client experience.

• Manage a team of 5 full-time employees and seasonal contractors
• Oversee accurate and timely production of client and unitholder outputs (Statements, Tax Slips, etc.)
• Provide staff coaching, development, and performance management
• Liaise with system vendors and business partners
• 5 years' experience in the Mutual Fund Industry
• Knowledge of Canadian tax reporting
