Library Services Desk Assistant

Provide essential library services and patron support as a front-line service provider. Responsibilities include managing student staff, performing circulation duties, assisting patrons with reference questions, and ensuring facility security. This part-time role involves assigned evening and weekend shifts.

• Manage undergraduate student circulation staff
• Perform circulation duties (check-in/out, renewals)
• Provide reference and informational assistance
• Ensure facility security and appropriate use
• Work assigned evening and weekend shifts
• Requires Associate's Degree and 2+ years customer service experience
