Finance Analyst- Temporary Cover (12 months)

Avon is seeking a temporary Finance Analyst to support financial reporting and accounting for its UK entities. This role involves collaborating with international finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, strengthen controls, and drive process improvements.

• Support monthly accounting and reporting for UK entities
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, royalties, and accruals
• Partner with finance teams and business stakeholders globally
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Provide financial analysis for business decision-making
