Cost Accounting Specialist

Goodyear is seeking a Cost Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate manufacturing cost visibility and product costing. This role partners with plant operations and corporate finance to analyze production costs, improve financial processes, and support decision-making through job costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

• Analyze manufacturing costs, job profitability, and production performance
• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support cost roll processes and standard cost updates
• Monitor manufacturing costs and overhead spending
• Lead cost accounting process improvements
• Partner with plant and corporate teams on financial analysis
