Sr. Professional, Finance Accounting

This role ensures timely claim submission, accurate financial tracking, and compliance with internal controls to maximize vendor recoveries and manage Marketing Development Funds. You will partner with Business Units, Marketing, and Finance teams to resolve disputes, improve collection performance, and support accurate financial reporting.

• Manage and recover vendor receivables related to marketing funding, RMAs, price protection, and other vendor-funded programs
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of vendor claims to maximize recoveries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and accelerate collections
• Reconcile vendor receivable balances and support month-end close activities
• Monitor outstanding claims and proactively drive resolution of aged receivables
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance
