Cost Accountant

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Cost Accountant to develop and maintain standard costing, analyze manufacturing costs, and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability. This onsite role reports to the Plant Controller and partners with operations and finance teams.

• Develop and maintain standard costs
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances
• Ensure alignment on inventory valuation inputs
• Compile and analyze financial reports
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
• Identify and implement process improvements
