Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager

Manage technical accounting and financial reporting for public filings, including stock compensation, pensions, and derivatives. Lead projects, supervise team members, and improve processes for accuracy and efficiency. This role requires living within a 2-hour drive of Reston, VA or Fort Worth, TX.

• Support public filings (10-Q, 10-K)
• Manage accounting for stock compensation, pensions, derivatives
• Perform purchase accounting and impairment assessments
• Administer and interpret US GAAP accounting policies
• Develop and document accounting conclusions
• Lead projects and supervise team members
