Accounting Analyst

As an Accounting Analyst at Pluxee, you will provide essential operational support and insightful financial analysis within the accounting department. This role involves managing journal entries, performing complex reconciliations, and contributing to financial reporting and variance analysis. You will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy and supporting informed decision-making across the finance function.

• Prepare and post journal entries and perform complex account reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and financial reporting
• Conduct variance analyses and prepare commentary for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data consistency
• Ensure accounting activities comply with internal controls and reporting standards
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects
